Chia Pudding (Sweat & Glow)
INGREDIENTS
2 Tbsp Chia Seeds
1 Tbsp PB2 powder *
1 Tbsp Raw Cacao Powder
1 Tsp Hemp Hearts
1/2 Banana
4-6 ounces of water
* Can be substituted with 1 tbsp of natural peanut butter
INSTRUCTIONS
Blend all of the above ingredients into a blender or food processor.
Refrigerate overnight until it’s a thick consistency. Enjoy!
